You can grow in many ways:
Sunflowers grow up (and then a little bit down),
Carrots grow down (and then a little bit up),
and trees do both.
Strawberries and grapevines grow to the side,
and bushes grow every which way.
Some plants, like ivy, will grow wherever they can,
reaching and climbing up buildings and fences and garden gates.
Some grow very fast,
and others grow over seasons and seasons.
